December heightens the emotional and mental portals within and around us.

To be clear, emotional and mental portals typically build up in specific areas in the body resulting in pressure.

Usual places where stored energy turns into physical pressure:

-Head: connected but not limited to migraines, sinus pressure, sore skin, hair shedding, earache and ringing, skin breakouts such as eczema, numbness, anxiety, mood swings and depression.

-Abdomen: connected but not limited to ulcers, bloating, vomiting, parasite reproduction, cramping, mineral deficiency and constipation.

-Reproductive System- connected but not limited to STD break- outs, sex drive imbalances, limited focus, menstrual complications and unexplainable pain.

When the physical body responds to the emotions in the ways listed above, it is trying to problem solve be replaying old memories within the body’s cells.
When this happens, the energy of fear is released making it difficult to TRUST.

If the body can’t trust itself, it’s difficult to trust others.

What can be done?

For some, the best thing to do is keep the mind busy with creative projects. For others it may be to chant, pray or beef up positive daily affirmations.
For couples, finding new ways to express love may make this era smoother to transition through.
