This is my version of "The Riding of the Head" ceremony where possessions
reveal medicine, cures and healing for the sick.
The sacred ceremony consists of dancing, drumming, song and chanting.
These paintings depict native movement and being drunk with healing spirits.

"The Shield of Fortune" series is symbolic of medicine wheels in motion.
Ancients would create circles, lines and other symbols in sacred dirt to communicate
