InSight By Damaris   Part Two

The Elements

Water (emotions)

Cancer*Pisces*Scorpio

Nature and the creative aspects of life are the great teachers of change.
When one accepts the inner creative child, freedom and cosmic alignment become the keys that unlock the imprisoned fixed mind.
Letting go issues stem from the feeling of being abandoned. However, when one acknowledges that all is within and has always been there, “abandonment” is then recognized as a man-made created illusion.
For the Water Signs, this read ask you to listen to your heart and explore your soul to find your truth.  This will take you off the path of deception and misunderstandings.

Earth (purpose)
Capricorn*Taurus*Virgo

The key to personal success is through joy and feeling pleasure in your day- to-day life.
Imagine seeing/feeling love in all things and all people without judgment.
That energy seals the love you have for self and your talents and gifts.
When you harness a unique passion for life and then link it to your work goals,
your cup overflows.

Air (thoughts)

Aquarius*Gemini*Libra*

This read ask the Air Sign to examine the mind, the inner workings of “loneliness”
and the thought process.
Observe daily communication with others and how it affects your life.
If you discover an ongoing “stop and go” with what should be free flowing, this read suggest opening your life by releasing secrets.

Storing other’s personal demons has taught your thinking process to hold back.
This is the cause for any stagnation in your life relating to work, love and money.
The releasing of secrets from your childhood is the fire that purifies and liberates your life. Abundance comes when you let go.

Fire (action)
Aries*Leo*Sagittarius

This read asks the Fire Sign to seek for the “proper fit”.
Often, ego driven goals come with exploitation and energy wasted on activities that deviates. From that, frustration creates a detachment from what is truly important.
Expansion and manifestation comes by the way of examination.
Understanding one’s boundaries and place/purpose in life leads the fire sign
to precise action.

Loving you,

damaris

InSight by Damaris

Oct. 23- Nov. 21, 2012 Part One

the keyword for this cycle is strength.
For those fighting physical and emotional illnesses, this read suggest gathering power through redevelopment.
Redeveloping the self “properly” requires the opening of the heart, the inner eyes
and the reproductive system (life force).
The most direct way to accomplish this is to revisit past traumatic and disappointing experiences and then ask if you left a part of you there.
It is quite common to leave or give away (needed) energy to others; this can bring about depletion.
Depletion is the same as being malnourished and of course, this brings about illness mentally, physically and spiritually.
Once you locate where you left a part of your energy, you can simply bring it back to join forces with the rest of you.
It is time to experience true vitality and the healing power within.

For more information or assistance on gathering your strength, please email: damaris9@gmail.com

Always love.
-damaris

Cancer-
taking risks implies that you are ready to bury past ghosts for good.
Be optimistic and take chances regardless of the opinions of others.

Capricorn-
moving into your future with confidence is something you know has to happen. If you feel afraid, this is good time to ask for support from your angels, guides and ancestors. Utilize your direct connection to the spirit realms.

Scorpio-
most times you care what people think of you and how you are viewed through other's eyes. There may be cloudy vision around you, hence avoid taking other’s input and word as “bond”.
This read suggest developing your own divination system and trusting your inner self for solutions.

Taurus-
too much contemplating may give you anxiety as well as a feeling of procrastination.
This read suggest moving by instincts. The first thought that comes, use that as a template and make moves on it. During this cycle, avoid over-thinking, just make moves by going with what you know.

Pisces-
they say, “breaking up is hard to do”, but before you get too mushy, ask if you were really really into this particular relationship.  If you got involved with someone for the wrong reasons, breaking up is in your favor right now. Don’t hang on to a dream that only existed in your head.

Virgo-
research and study is very beneficial to you. The future will require you to explore and use what you have learned in “real life”.
This read suggest that you be prepared to teach what you know instead of getting addicted to the life behind books.

Gemini-
balancing two worlds requires you to have two faces that you show two different audiences. This is ok as long as you keep integrity and remain true to your purpose. This read suggest that you continue to be multi-talented and have multiple income flow.

Aries-
getting the groundwork done is required now. If you leap over the fundamentals, you will find that you have to revisit unfinished work. Start again from the bottom and work your way up to completion. Being thorough is in your favor because it takes you to your next cycle with ease.

Libra-
joining forces to combat a challenge is suggested now. Bring in the experts when needed and trust that all will be revealed. Your attitude reflect a portion of a favorable outcome, thus “travel light”-meaning keep your heart and mind clear.

Leo-
this read suggest going in on what you really want.
If you have the knowledge with some experience, then you are qualified.
This cycle, be aggressive about talking the talk simply because you can back it up.

Aquarius-
this read suggest being adventurous with your creativity. Explore new energies and bring them into existence. Life is asking you to create a new template instead of living in one. Hope you are up for the challenge.

Sagittarius-
the world is yours. Get some!

InSight by Damaris Part Two

InSight By Damaris (Part Two)

Greetings and thanks for being here.

Part one for the current insight has been posted. If you have not read it, you may want to review and include it with this read.

It came to me to do another “Body Scan” read for the elements.
The scan is for us to be aware of our vulnerable areas within and around our physical bodies and when possible, seal them up.

The intuitive scan will pinpoint an area, and then suggest remedies.

 Element-WATER
(Cancer*Pisces*Scorpio)

Vulnerable Areas:
1.) Head-top right may be the place for possible entry of heavy energy or energy attack.
2.) Cause: self-doubt and confusion about future plans (over-thinking).
3.) Effect- blurred vision, headaches, low-energy, arguments, indecisiveness.
4.) Remedy- meditation, soft music, forgive mother once and for all.

Element-EARTH
(Capricorn*Taurus*Virgo)

Vulnerable Areas:
1.) Left foot may be the place for possible entry of heavy energy or energy attacks.
2.) Cause: physical and mental exertion, or lost hope.
3.) Effect-body aches, strained muscles, dehydration.
4.) Remedy- leave past friends and family behind that can be draining, fast from gossip or those that do, relocate.

Element- AIR
(Gemini*Libra*Aquarius)

Vulnerable Areas:
1.) Center of stomach and lower back may be weak areas that allow energy attacks to seep in.
2.) Cause: worry, dealing with deceit and or unfair “Justice”.
3.) Effect- skin irruptions, unwilling to move on, repeated thoughts or patterns.
4.) Remedy-fasting and prayer, chanting, contact spirit guides, bathing with sea salt (spirit bath) or swimming. Positive affirmations.

Element-FIRE
(Aries*Leo*Sagittarius)

Vulnerable Areas:
1.) Mouth/throat may be weak areas that allowed heavy energy to enter.
2.) Cause: over absorption of disagreeable information from media or current surroundings.
3.) Effect- decreased appetite, increased alcohol consumption, nervous energy, uncontrolled emotions.
Remedy- do what you love.

During this cycle it is important for us to investigate our physical bodies and then determine how we can address the challenges physically, mentally and spiritually.

****SPECIAL MESSAGE****

Please join me on Wednesday October 10^th 2012, to discuss the “how-to” and the
importance of energy clearing.
This session we will focus on clearing our personal environments.
For more information and where to register, please view here.

Energy Clearing Tip!
We must comprehend the importance of follow-through.
Our subconscious absorbs what we tell ourselves.
If we say, “on Monday, I will start eating healthy again”, and we do not start,
our psyche becomes confused.
If our system reads false information after we proclaimed a truth, how does it know when we are serious?
Mixed signals create doubt/weakness within our aura.
Like any system or computer, there are “over-rides”; ways around the programs, but we have to know what they are.
Bottom line, we can’t be too convincing while trying to clear heavy energy
when we are fearful.
For those who believe that mastery of self is important, I would love to hear from you. –damaris

Astro-flow

Water signs

CANCER
keyword for this cycle:
*Intent-
be more intentional about what you would like to see happen in your life. Do you want more energy, better health and more over-all vitality?
Here is where you want to be intentional about planning your day.
This read suggest avoiding dependency on others and outer stimulation.
Gossip and arguments may lure you in to others self-esteem issues. This is clearly
a pull on your energy field.
Join a yoga class, expand your health awareness and volunteer for an organization that supports positive youth-development.
Optimism and assisting others prepare you for your next spiritual initiation.

PISCES
keyword for this cycle:
*Expand-
allow ideas and thoughts to grow as far as your mind will allow. Expanding your life physically and creatively activates the untouched seeds deep within your subconscious; you have another life waiting on you.
If you have been feeling less than content with your life, ask yourself if you are doing ALL that you can.
This read suggest that you list short- term goals and then follow up with action.
The idea is to be creative, explorative and consistent.
If you are offered an advancement during this cycle, this read suggest taking it on!

SCORPIO
keyword for this cycle:
*Understanding-
this read is about flowing with the cycles of life rather than pushing.
If you are operating by emotions instead of your intuition, there may be a slight price to pay. You are encouraged to master the art of timing; knowing what to say and when. Premature actions and selfish motives may reveal an idea, project or something sacred just a little too soon. If this happens, value is lost and cannot be redeemed.
Listen to good counsel and consult an astrologer to assist you with your execution process. Good things do come to those who wait.

Earth Signs:

CAPRICORN
keyword for this cycle:
*Vibrant-
this cycle, the Capricorn does well using vibrant color, art and imagination as a tool to successful living. The more vibrancy is used, the more potent the idea and outcome; think of how the peacock uses its beautiful feathers.
If you are considering rebranding, a new logo, or updating marketing strategies, this read suggest using dynamic colors and ideas.
This would require a “vibrant” personality as well Capricorn.
This cycle, think about how you can come out of the dark and into a “new light”.

TAURUS
keyword for this cycle:
*Trust-
in order to come out of hiding with how you feel or who you really are, “trust” is required. It’s not about trusting others, rather the ability to love every part of you
without judgment.
When you explore your soul and character (not experiences) instinctively, you feel like a whole entity and obtain full acceptance of self.
Here, acceptance of self equates to trusting your life and abilities without fear.
Stepping into this awareness expands your relationship with this life and the will to live freely.

VIRGO
keyword for this cycle:
Movement-
during this phase, it’s important for Virgo to move forward as there may be a spiritual awakening ahead.
Being fluid with personal goals and completing them remind the psyche to live in the now instead of the past. When the Virgo lives in the present, the new era ahead compliments Virgo’s tenacity with ease.
Complicated times can be a walk in the park when we have a “present” attitude.

Air Signs:

GEMINI
keyword for this cycle:
*Intuition-
by using intuition, Gemini avoids procrastination and uncertainty.
Knowing when to stay, when to leave and when to initiate creates harmony in the lives of the Gemini during this cycle and throughout life.
For you Gemini, trusting in your gut feelings is like making amends with the inner twin you thought abandoned you.
This read suggest uniting with your inner self and utilize your 3^rd eye as a navigation tool. By doing so, you witness the enhancement of peace and quality of life.

LIBRA
keyword for this cycle:
*Forgiveness-
by burying the past, you are able to live life as you often imagine.
Holding on to pain and disappointment limit your ability to express from the heart.
Allowing the past to be past ignites your will to really live.
After letting go, addictions may decrease and your decision-making improves for the better.
Pretending to be alive isn’t a life at all is it Libra.
There are many who depend on your creativity, laughter, ingenuity and genuine nature. This world is a better place with you in it whole-heartedly.

AQUARIUS
keyword for this cycle:
*Upgrade-
raising your standards give you greater insight into your gifts and a snap shot of future potential. Here, upgrade refers to every aspect of your life: physically, mentally and spiritually.
Examine the checks and balances:
-where and with whom are you spending significant time
-what food and drink do you consume; do you need proper nourishment
-are goals out-dated and beneath your abilities
-what mental and spiritual techniques offer you the most support
- do you have proper sleeping arrangements; do your pillows and bed offer proper support
Aquarius, please make time for the proper upgrades. It may be beneficial to do this before the 15^th of October.

Fire Signs:

ARIES
keyword for this cycle:
*Discipline
mastering emotions and food consumption is suggested for Aries during this phase. Often, fasting is required when we want to explore the depths of our purpose and communication with loved ones.
When we fast from the mundane habits, this gives the mind a clear view. Veils of denial are lifted and we acquire a clean perspective on what is important and what needs improvement.
Remember, certain foods and habits are linked to generational patters that prevent living at the highest potential. Therefore if changes are to be made, fasting is essential.
Aries, think of a fasting regime that you can uphold for 30 days.

LEO
keyword for this cycle:
*Plant-
for the lion, this read ask you to look at “planting seeds” for future returns.
What do you need to put in place now that may benefit your future?
This could be:
- saving for an attorney
-collecting receipts and documentation for taxes
-creating a project management team
-saving money for a self-promoted tour
I would say this reading is suggesting that you prepare to get lucky.
Think of what you can do now that will save you time, money and in some cases sanity in the future.

SAGITTARIUS
keyword for this cycle:
*Observe-
by taking a step back to observe, the Sag begins to implement long term ideas
and creations that may have life-changing affects. The suggestion is to observe (not to be confused with reflect) and notice what changes that need to be made to an existing product or maybe even a health practice.
There is a great desire to make subtle and large improvements on this planet.
By taking the time to observe, this makes you feel more connected
and allows you to care /act without being taken in by disappointments.

Abundance,

Insight by Damaris Continues..

Insight by Damaris

Insight continues..

From August 27^nd through September 22^nd

This reading’s focus is on transformational tools and techniques which may be useful during this time of change.

Water
Cancer*Scorpio*Pisces

For water signs, it’s about relearning to trust your natural rhythm and intuition.
Understanding the power of your soul/energy is key especially during your transitional season.
Feel your power and then use it as fuel to:
-improve health and physical vitality
-disconnect from unhealthy relationships/habits
-improve finances by being more creative
Re unite with your power through visualization techniques.
Visualization:
Imagine your inner and outer body as pure energy.
Get a picture in your mind of what that would look like.
Now, merge that image with earth, a tree and then extend it out into a large body of water.
Feel the powerful and alluring flow of the tides within and around you
Get into this exercise by noticing scents, textures and the vibes in the environment.
You have always been an extension of nature and beyond.
Your home is where you are; when you feel that connection, you feel your truest power.

 Air
Aquarius*Libra*Gemini

For air signs, it is suggested to keep a journal on new ventures and feelings you want to experience.
Keeping an updated log on your personal life will allow you to make an account for your actions as well as prevent “replays” you have been trying to avoid.
Your journal may be divided in sections.
For an example, you may want to list relationships/finances/creative ventures/family.
Use a highlighter to separate what you would like to see in the future as well as highlighting what you can control.
Areas that are out of your control such as the actions and attitudes of others, you may need to highlight behavioral patterns that need to be avoided in the future.
This reading recommends documenting areas in your life you would like to improve.
By writing them down in the form of a business plan or agenda, your thinking patterns will accommodate your desires. Eventually you will notice the transformation and no longer need the journal as your motivational tool.
This exercise is also for the air signs that wish to separate unhealthy generational
patterns regarding health, relationships and business.

Earth
Capricorn*Virgo*Taurus

For Earth signs that would like to take their personal life’s journey to the next level, this read suggest letting go of addictions that impose on the main organs of the body.
Itchy or discolored skin, darkness under eyes, dehydration, loss of sleep, or other obvious health concerns should be taken seriously now.
Fasting along with positive affirmations relaxes the mind and increase proper circulation within the body.
Releasing toxins during this time heightens your 3^rd eye/intuition that links directly to your will.
Having a strong and undefeated attitude is important for the Earth signs that so many depend on.
The focus is not about giving up a favorite past time or food, it is about increasing spiritual and physical power by the way of fasting from toxic people places and things.

Fire
Aries*Leo*Sagittarius

For Fire signs, flowing into your next transitional phase requires you to gather.
Collecting information, extending specific education and other various resources will prepare you for what is ahead.
The information you gather may be extremely vital because you may not be able to depend on other people who claim to be an expert in their field
(disappointments in others may create a set back).
If you are familiar with what you need or have multiple resources (back up) that you can immediately access, this can keep you in the leadership role.
During this era, Fire signs must be able to successfully be the life they want to see.
Your challenge may be remaining in the driver’s seat of your life.
Remember, this is not a control issue; it is using your abilities to obtain YOUR definition of success.
Know what you need, collect and then utilize.

Blessings,

damaris
